Description
This Howard Miller wall clock is part of the Ambassador Collection, as identified by the manufacturer labels on the reverse. The item is designated as model 620-374 with serial number F0020840082. The dark-stained wooden case features an arched bonnet with a central shell carving and fluted side columns topped with acanthus leaf motifs. The gold-toned dial is decorated with scrolling floral patterns and black Arabic numerals, including a functional moon phase complication. A lower beveled glass door reveals a brass-toned lyre-style pendulum. The manufacturer labels indicate the clock was produced in Zeeland, Michigan, USA. A winding key is included.
Height: approximately 35 inches.
Condition report:
The clock is in good overall condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The wooden case and beveled glass are intact. The mechanical movement has not been tested for timekeeping accuracy or long-term functionality but it does wind well, chimes beautifully and does move along well. From a clean smoke free home.
