Description
Sears Craftsman 12-inch Band Saw – Sander, model number 113.24201. This floor-standing power tool features a tilting cast iron work table with a miter gauge slot and a circular throat plate. The machine is mounted on a matching dark grey painted metal cabinet base. The frame and housing are constructed from a combination of painted metal and molded plastic components.
The front control panel is marked SEARS / CRAFTSMAN BAND SAW – SANDER 12 INCH. A technical specification label on the top cover states MOTOR RECEPTACLE 1/2 H.P. AND 1725 R.P.M. MAXIMUM. The panel includes a blade selection guide for minimum circle cutting with markings for 1/8 inch, 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch blade sizes. A lower instruction label provides safety steps and diagrams for blade guide alignment, lateral blade guide adjustment, blade thrust bearing adjustment, and table tilting. The unit retains its adjustable upper blade guide assembly.

Condition report:
Used condition showing signs of age and workshop use. The cast iron work table exhibits surface oxidation and minor scratching. The exterior housing shows a build-up of dust, grime, and minor finish scuffing. The power cord is present and attached. The unit is untested for operational status. Seller describes all tools as in good working condition - he is a fine woodworker and kept everything in very nice working order.
