Description
This lot features an assembled Newport model dollhouse by Real Good Toys, constructed in 1:12 scale. The three-story Victorian-style wooden structure includes an attic tower level. The exterior is finished with blue-painted horizontal siding and white trim. It features a complex mansard roofline with individual cedar wood shingles and a central tower with a circular window. A second-story wrap-around balcony is accented with white-painted railings. The interior layout is open-back, revealing nine rooms across three main levels. Interior finishes include various patterns of wallpaper and simulated wood-plank flooring. The kitchen contains white-painted cabinetry with dark countertops and a matching island.
The house is accompanied by a collection of furniture and accessories. Notable included items are a four-poster bed with linens, a nursery set with a crib and rocking chair, living room seating, and a kitchen set with a miniature mixer. Documentation and branding within the house include a label for Authentic Miniature Brass Hardware by Ron Sietkiewicz and a label from Mura’s Mini Designs of Northfield, New Jersey. Several miniature components, including framed pictures and hardware, remain in their original plastic packaging. Interior lamps are present, though wiring and integrated lighting are untested. Blueprints and assembly instructions are included.

The exterior is in excellent condition with well-preserved siding, shingles, and trim. The interior is generally well-maintained, with one instance of minor wallpaper lifting noted at the top-right bedroom edge.
