Description
A rectangular oak side table featuring a design that blends Mid-Century Modern utility with Spanish Revival or Mediterranean aesthetic influences. The table top is constructed with a decorative wood grain pattern and wide mitered border detailing. The apron houses a single pull-out drawer featuring a recessed rectangular panel front with molded edges. The piece is supported by four square-sectioned legs accented with decorative bulbous turnings above the feet, all structurally reinforced by a central H-stretcher. The interior of the drawer contains an original green and cream adhesive label for Lou Regester Smart Home Furnishings, a prominent high-end furniture retailer based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Condition report:
The table is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. The top surface displays light surface scratches, scuffs, and a few small pale ring marks visible under certain lighting. The lower sections of the legs and the H-stretcher exhibit minor scuffs and small chips to the finish. Clean, no smell home.
