Pick-Up Instructions: Pick-up is by scheduled appointment during the designated removal window stated in each auction. Buyers must schedule their pick-up in advance via email or through the Contact Us page at RainierEstates.com. Once confirmed, we will provide the pick-up location and any specific access instructions.


Buyers may send their own designated shipper or mover during the agreed-upon removal window. It is the buyer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with their shipper and ensure timely removal.


For smaller items, buyers may contact us in advance to inquire whether we are able to transport items to a local UPS location on their behalf. All packing, shipping, insurance, and handling charges will apply and must be paid prior to shipment.


Please note: Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate labor, packing materials, and transportation. Items not removed within the designated pick-up window may be subject to storage fees or considered forfeited without refund.
