Description
An iridescent art glass vase by Stuart Abelman, executed in an Art Nouveau style. The vessel features a ruffled trefoil rim above an ovoid body that tapers to a flared pedestal base. The glass displays a high-gloss iridescent finish with shifting tones of deep purple, gold, and emerald green. The exterior is decorated with a pulled-trail motif of white lines connecting three heart-shaped leaves and accented with orange dots. The underside of the base is hand-inscribed Abelman VLB340-172 1987 and retains four small felt pads.
Height: Approximately 10.5 inches
Condition report:
The vase is in overall good condition. Minor adhesive residue from a previous label is visible on the underside of the base. No chips, cracks, or repairs are observed.
