Description
A limited edition maritime art print by John Stobart titled Seattle: A View Looking North from Yesler’s Wharf c. 1880. This work was published in 1991 by Maritime Heritage Prints as part of a limited signed edition of 950. The composition depicts a historical harbor scene with several large masted sailing vessels, including the ship Wave Port Madison. The foreground features a wharf with figures, horse-drawn carts, and wooden barrels. The print is hand-signed by the artist in pencil in the lower right margin and hand-numbered 77/950. Printed text in the upper margin provides publication details and notes the edition size, including 35 remarqued copies. The lower margin includes the title and the artist name.

Condition report:
The unframed print is in very good condition. The paper exhibits clean margins with no visible foxing, toning, or structural damage. The pencil signature and numbering are well-preserved. Art is from a clean smoke free home.
