Description
This Tormek System 2006 is a professional-grade water-cooled grinding, sharpening, and honing machine, based on the Model 2000 (SuperGrind 2000) platform. Manufactured in Sweden, the unit features a green-coated metal housing and is designed for precision edge tool maintenance. The system is equipped with a large-diameter aluminum oxide grindstone and a secondary leather honing wheel for final polishing. It includes a universal support bar with a micro-adjuster for precise angle settings. The item is presented in its original retail packaging and includes the instruction manual titled Edge tool sharpening the TORMEK way. Visible markings include the Tormek logo, Model 2000 designation, and Swedish and US design patents including USA 29/171,699.
Condition report:
The machine appears to be in very good condition and may be unused or lightly used, as there is no visible slurry residue or significant wear on the housing or wheels. The original retail box is present and shows shelf wear, including scuffing, minor cardboard tears, and adhesive tape remnants.
