Description
This lot features a Delta 10 inch Contractor Saw integrated into a custom oak-finished hardwood storage cabinet. The saw is fitted with a Delta Unifence Saw Guide system, which includes a sliding aluminum fence and an extensive auxiliary table extension to the right of the blade. The machine is powered by a rear-mounted induction motor connected via a red link-style vibration-dampening drive belt. The custom cabinet base provides significant storage with four drawers on the left, a central hinged cupboard door, and three drawers on the right. Accompanying the saw are several shop accessories, including a miter gauge, multiple plastic feather boards, and a Super Dado blade set container. The machine features a front-mounted tilt adjustment wheel with a scale for 0 to 45 degrees. The main table surface is constructed of cast iron with two miter slots. A factory warning label on the front panel provides 13 safety rules for operation.
Condition report:
The unit is in used condition with visible surface oxidation and discoloration on the cast iron table top typical of workshop use. General workshop dust and residue are present throughout the saw and cabinet. The cabinet is missing one drawer faceplate on the right-hand side. All manual adjustment handwheels and the fence locking mechanism appear functional. The power switch is a toggle type located on the front panel. The operational status of the motor and saw has not been tested. Seller describes all tools as in good working condition - he is a fine woodworker and kept everything in very nice working order.
